Terms of Service

The service

WedBookings provides AI-assisted website building, website hosting, lead capture, CRM and related business tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

Free builder and paid access

You may use the free builder to create and privately preview a website draft and explore the CRM demo. A paid subscription is required to publish a live website, receive live website enquiries and use the live CRM. Current prices and inclusions are shown before checkout.

Subscriptions and billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the monthly cycle shown at checkout and are offered without a fixed annual commitment. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the stated annual term. Where an introductory payment or included first month is offered, the checkout page and billing portal will show the applicable billing schedule.

You can manage payment methods, invoices and eligible cancellations through Billing & account. Unless otherwise shown in the billing portal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges.

AI generation and additional credits

AI-generated content is provided as a draft. You must review and approve content before publishing it. AI may produce errors or unsuitable wording and WedBookings does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete or appropriate for your business.

Additional AI generation credits may be purchased where offered. Credits are attached to the relevant WedBookings account, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts unless required by law.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the content you upload, enter, approve or publish. This includes business claims, prices, licences, qualifications, images, logos, testimonials, intellectual property and statements about your services. You must have the rights and permissions required to use that content.

You are also responsible for your own business operations and for complying with laws, industry rules and privacy obligations that apply to your business and your customers.

Acceptable use

You must not use WedBookings for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity; to infringe another person's rights; to distribute malicious code; to attempt unauthorised access; or in a way that materially threatens the service or other customers. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address serious misuse.

Domains and third-party services

Domain names, payment services, email services, AI services and other third-party products may be provided by separate providers. Their own terms and availability may apply. You remain responsible for maintaining ownership and renewal of any domain name you purchase.

Availability and results

We aim to keep WedBookings available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control. WedBookings does not guarantee a particular number of leads, enquiries, bookings, sales or business results.

Account cancellation and deletion

You may manage an eligible subscription through Billing & account. Account deletion is permanent. Where an active subscription exists, the app may require you to cancel the subscription before deleting the account. Deleting an account may remove website, CRM and uploaded content associated with that account.

Australian consumer law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, any liability that can lawfully be limited is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update WedBookings and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the current terms published on this page. Continued use of the service after an updated version takes effect may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
